Keegan

Three months ago we met little Keegan, the newborn with the coolest hair. he has grown into an adorable little baby, and I am glad to say the rock star hairstyle has grown right along with him! Sometimes their hair changes so much from newborn to babyness, so I am very glad he kept his cool do!

Austin

Right around 18 months old, (back in June), our son Austin was having a very happy evening, so we decided to head downstairs for a few portraits! He was so funny and is always very comfortable in the studio, so we had some fun and tried a few different things. His facial expressions were hilarious and what you can't see are the 20 rubber ducks hiding in, and flying out of, the washtub. Also, just to show you that our kid too has his 'moments'...... I leave you with this image :)

Nicholas

The past couple of months seemed to have flown by, as summers often do, so I am finally posting our nephew Nicholas' ten and eleven month portraits! He will be a year old next weekend and I am so excited for his last 'monthly' photo shoot. Nicholas is hilarious in the studio. We are never there for long, he has a very short amount of 'picture patience' and as long as we get a good one, we are done. The soccer session was one of my favorites, he looks like a mini athlete!

Princess Ashley

Ashley is our adorable niece, and I am pretty sure that she is a princess. Of what or where, I do not know, but in her kingdom they wear skirts with jeans, throw their crowns on the ground and stick their toungs out while laughing. Sounds like a pretty fun place to me!

Shannon & Mike

After what seemed like a drive to the middle of nowhere, we photographed Shannon and Mike's wedding at a beautiful stone church stood among the fields in a little town called Beal City. Being from a nearby small town, I was so excited to share this day with them. The church was packed and the couple had, by far, the largest bridal party we have ever worked with. The two have been dating since the fifth grade, so you have to figure there are a lot of friends in those times to work into the deal! Congratulations you two, and we hope Mexico was amazing!

Three Months for Carter

At Carter's three month session, we tired him right out and had him all ready for a nap! He wasn't in the smiling mood, but I adore his cute little expressions. In the bottom image, Carter is joined by his cousins, two years, two months and one year old..... Can I just tell you, this was an adventure. I am so happy that this one shot worked out, and may have undergone slight editing ;)

Tyler

Our friends Matt and Leesa welcomed their latest addition on August 1st. Big brother Noah was not thrilled to be in the studio, but we still managed to get a couple of priceless family portraits.
